A few weeks ago, I found Roxie Lashes on Instagram and knew that I needed her to do my eyelashes. Next thing I know, I'm making a little drive down to her training center/studio to have the queen work her magic.
When I walked in, I was greeted with a big hug, which this was my first time meeting Roxie; I felt instantly welcome. The entire time she was working on my lashes, so many of the other girls kept coming up and commenting on her work and admiring her technique. It was really cool and made me feel like I was in good hands. Roxie has only been in the lash game for about 10 months now, but she's definitely killin' it.
After I left the appointment, I couldn't help but brag on her to anyone who would listen. Not only is she a phenomenal lash artist, but she is also a wonderful person! Her demeanor is so calming and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely loves her clients. You guys, she even texted me Merry Christmas; seriously the sweetest!
I was able to chat with her a bit about how she started and where she plans on taking her blossoming business and let me tell you, she plans on making her mark. She's currently in the process to becoming a certified instructor so she can train other talented artists in her unique techniques. Right now, she's got her own studio space where she works diligently on weekends and then she hustles hard during the week on her instructor certification. This woman is a hard worker with a beautiful soul, if you don't let her do your eyelash extensions, you're honestly missing out!

Here's a little update on their staying power, as it's been a week since getting them done. Update is, they still look as awesome as the day I got them and they stay pretty well if you actually take care of them. I hardly touch my eyes, so it's pretty easy for me, but I'm planning on getting a fill in about 2 or 3 weeks. If you want my honest opinion, I'd say if this is something you've been considering, its definitely worth it because, treat yo self!
